I teach General classes and Recovery classes in groups or privately. Choose what suits you best.

Wednesday 7.00am–8.15am – Energise and activate.   Start the day feeling great to be alive! Boost strength and vitality using flowing  asana,                                                                 pranayama & meditation. Two places left!

                      6.00pm– 7.15pm – Restore and refresh     Use movement, breath and focus to smooth out the wrinkles of the day, refresh                                                                              muscles, mind and spirit.  Restore your sense of inner balance & harmony.   Come and join us!


Thursday     6.30pm–7.45pm – Restore and refresh     Use movement, breath and focus to smooth out the wrinkles of the day, refresh                                                                            muscles, mind and spirit. Restore your sense of inner balance & harmony.  Thursday class fills fast!


Friday        9.30am–10.45am – Restore, balance and calm  Self awareness is key in personalised movement, pranayama and relaxation.                                                                          Work with your body, mind and spirit. One place left

Group or private class?


You may choose private classes for a variety of reasons - 

         . You're seeking a personalised practice that suits your needs from an attentive teacher 

         You have persistent pain and seek holistic therapy to change that 

         You would like to feel more confident with yoga before you join a group class

         . You need help to find ease and strength, particularly after illness or injury  

I will design a program for your home practice and support you along the way towards greater ease, wellbeing and less stress. I specialise in Yoga for persistent pain and take particular care of your painful back, your fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, arthritis and other ongoing concerns.





Group class term rate Term 1 - $180  8 weeks)   Casual rate:    $20 per class

Private classes   - $100 per 1.5 hours for diagnostic 1st session and program design, $70 each for following sessions of 1 hour.  Book a block of 3 classes. Private consultations and group classes for Persistent Pain available now. Terms & conditions apply .

If your preferred session is full, I will notify you when a vacancy arises. Health fund rebates may apply  - enquire with your fund.
