I teach General classes and Recovery classes in groups or privately. The choice is yours.

Wednesday  6.00pm– 7.15pm Nourish and refresh     Use slow movement, breath and focus to smooth out the wrinkles of the day, refresh                                                       muscles, mind and spirit.  Stay strong and nourish your sense of inner balance & harmony.

 

Thursday     6.30pm–7.45pm Nourish and refresh     Use slow movement, breath and focus to smooth out the wrinkles of the day, refresh                                                       muscles, mind and spirit. Stay strong and nourish your sense of inner balance & harmony. 

 

Friday        9.30am–10.45am – Restore, strengthen and calm  Self awareness is key in personalised movement, pranayama and relaxation.                                                     We stay strong for healthy aging.  Work with your body, wherever it's at, your mind and spirit.  

 

 

 

 

 

Specialised classes for back pain, cancer recovery or other persistent pain condition on Tuesday evenings, or by appointment.  See Recovery classes in menu bar above.

Group or private class for you?

 

You may choose private classes for a variety of reasons - 

         . You're seeking a personalised practice that suits your needs from an attentive teacher 

         . You have persistent pain and seek holistic therapy to complement your treatment and bring about lasting change 

         . You would like to feel more confident with yoga before you join a group class

         . You need help to find ease and strength, particularly after illness or injury  

 

I will design a program for your home practice and support you along the way towards greater ease, wellbeing and sense of wholeness and personal agency. I specialise in Yoga for persistent pain and cancer treatment recovery  I will take particular care of your painful back, your fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, arthritis and other ongoing concerns.

 

 

 

Fees:

Group class term rate $144 (8 weeks). Secure your place.  Casual rate:    $20 per class

Note: Missed classes can not be carried over to the next term, but may be made up during the term, subject to space being available

 

 

Private classes   - $125 per 1.5 hours for diagnostic 1st session and program design, $75 each for following sessions of 1 hour.  Book a block of 3 classes. Private consultations and group classes for Healing available now. Terms & conditions apply .
