Hatha yoga is a traditional form of yoga that harmonizes the mind body connection and reduces stress. Then the true goal reveals itself, that of spirtual awakening.
Today, our attention to good health may reveal an imbalance: accelerating technology demands our attention. Simultaneously we experience a growing urge to understand the nature of our own inner self.
Hatha yoga purifies the body to release more energy. When the body's anatomy is invigorated, and the interplay of energy and mind is harmonized, we are prepared for the true goal of yoga - that of spiritual awakening.
Vitalyoga offers many benefits:
Asana – postures to invigorate the body, correct alignment, and release energy blockages
Pranayama – breathing practices to expand our life force or prana
Mudras and Bandhas – muscular locks and gestures with the hands that redirect the flow of prana.
Pratyahara – withdrawing the senses from the external world
Dhyana – meditation to develop inner concentration and stillness
Relaxation for deep release
All lead towards Samadhi – self-realisation or bliss
We use flowing movement, our own body heat, we slow down, develop a mindful presence, and connect to our authentic self.
